Mr. Bowden joined LiveCargo in 2005.  He has over 28 years of sales, marketing and management experience, including computer software and hardware sales. Prior to LiveCargo, he held several management positions with DLP, Inc., before and after its acquisition by Medtronic. He also founded Bowden Properties, LLC, and founded and served as Managing Partner of Redco, LLC and has also been involved as a partner in Tumblebees Ultimate Gym, LLC.  Mr. Bowden received his degree in Business Administration from Elon College.

Steven T. (Terry) Clontz

President and CEO

Steven T. (Terry) Clontz is a veteran in the telecoms industry with over 33 years of extensive experience. He began his career in the United States, and has worked internationally for the past 18 years. He moved to Singapore in January 1999 to head the joint venture start-up company, StarHub.

Although it started operations only in April 2000, StarHub is currently the second largest telecommunications company in Singapore. It is the only company offering the full suite of Information, Communications, and Entertainment services over a combination of Fixed, Mobile, Internet and Cable TV networks. Today, StarHub's annual turnover exceeds SGD1.5 billion.

Mr. Young together with his partner, founded LiveCargo in 2003. He has over 33 years of experience growing technology companies and leading them through successful exits, including seven start-up companies and 13 acquisitions. In 1995, Mr Young sold Image Technology, Inc. to MCI Telecommunications, Inc. and the company became the Internet division for ISP, Web hosting, e-commerce and portal development with Mr Young serving as MCI’s President for the division. In addition to Image Technology,  Mr. Young has considerable experience in the internet portal industry: he was the founder and CEO of GuardiaNet Systems, Inc. (GSI), an Internet access management technology company focused on public libraries and universities which was sold to 3M Corporation in April, 2003; and he was the founder and CEO of OnePlace, Ltd., an Internet portal, e-commerce and Internet broadcasting company acquired by Salem Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: SALM) in January 1999. Mr. Young has been twice nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year in North Carolina by Ernst & Young and was a finalist in 1996. Mr. Young received his degree in Physics from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro.

Lennon Tan
Managing Director, LiveCargo Asia Pacific Ltd.

As Managing Director, Lennon brings to the table over 14 years of hands-on experience in general management, sales and marketing, training and innovation. He holds a Chemical Engineering Merit Degree from National University of Singapore, and Masters for Business Management from University of Western Michigan.

Prior to LiveCargo, Lennon as Business Development Manager and Division Manager of 3M Asia Pacific and Singapore respectively, developed and managed profitable operations of a diverse portfolio of businesses under the Traffic and Safety Group. In his role, he was involved with regional business associates to manage regional business issues and cross-cultural business challenges.

Patrick R. Harvey
CFO, Secretary/Treasurer

Patrick R. Harvey has over 25 years experience in finance, accounting, human resources and IT for both private and public companies. Prior to joining LiveCargo, he was CFO for the Kidde Residential and Commercial Division of United Technologies. Harvey holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a BS in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a CPA.
